What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or data that the website stores in your browser to work or to learn how it is used.
The ones we use
Necessary (always on): the customer account session (to keep you signed in), the chosen language and the one that remembers you've seen the cookie notice and what you chose. Without these, the website doesn't work properly.
Security: on forms (contact, sign-in, sign-up and chat), Google reCAPTCHA uses cookies and browser data to tell people from bots.
Analytics (only if you accept): if the website has analytics enabled, Amplitude collects aggregated information on how the site is used (pages visited, clicks) to improve it. It isn't loaded until you accept.
Third parties: when paying, you go to the secure page of Stripe or PayPal, which use their own cookies. The location map is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your browser's IP address to serve the map.
How to manage them
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the notice shown when you arrive, and change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also delete or block them in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, some parts of the website may not work.
