Bookings are made on the website with a free customer account (which you can also use to view, change or cancel them). When you choose the dates, accommodation and people, you'll see the final price with every item. The booking is made when you receive the confirmation email, unless an advance payment is required: in that case it stays pending until it's paid.

Prices include applicable taxes; the tourist tax, if any, is shown separately. Payment is usually made at the campsite on arrival (cash or card). Some bookings (depending on the number of people, nights, amount or dates) require an online advance payment when booking: you'll see it before confirming. If it isn't paid within the stated time (48 hours), the booking is cancelled and the accommodation released. If the campsite allows it, you can also pay the rest online from your account before arrival.

You can change or cancel your booking from your account or from the link in the booking emails, up to the day before arrival. Cancelling is free of charge. If you made an advance payment: 100% is refunded if cancelled 7 days or more in advance. If you don't show up, you won't be charged, but please cancel the booking so the accommodation can be offered to someone else.

Check-in: from 12:00. Check-out: by 12:00. On arrival, the identity documents of everyone staying must be shown (mandatory guest registration), or you can do online check-in beforehand from your account. If you leave earlier than planned, the nights stayed are charged.

During your stay you must follow the campsite's internal rules (quiet hours, vehicle traffic, pets, fire and stoves, use of facilities), available at reception. Serious breaches may lead to the end of the stay.

As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, there is no right of withdrawal (article 103.l of the Spanish consumer protection law); you can cancel the booking as explained above. Complaint forms are available at reception. These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
